Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order and shipped direct to you from the manufacturer. This helps us to reduce our environmental footprint by reducing waste, and cutting down on the number of times the product needs to be transported. Occasionally, on certain products, this may lead to lead to slightly longer shipping times.

Many of our products have a delivery time in Australia of 6 - 9 days. However, some that are sourced from further afield, or that have longer manufacturing lead times, may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery (dependent on local postage carriers).

Where possible, your items will be shipped together as a single package. However, where items may be manufactured by different providers, or lead times between products vary by more than a couple of days, you may have your order sent in multiple packages. You will still only pay the single shipping charge for each order though, regardless of how many packages are sent.

We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $11.95. Which means you'll only pay $11.95 per order for shipping, regardless of how many items you purchase in a single transaction. This small charge helps us to offset some of the shipping costs, and enables us to direct more of these funds towards Children's cancer charities. So we thank you for your support.
